MIT IFC President 2025

A Welcome from the President

The strength of a community comes from both its members’ individual ability to excel and conduct themselves well in all manner of circumstances, and the even greater heights those individuals attain when they work towards common goals. Perhaps this is why communities at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology are so vibrant, with rich cultures that adapt to changing times without losing touch with their powerful grounding principles. I am humbled by my election as president of the 2025 Interfraternity Council at the Institute and remain committed to my campaign intent—to pursue the solutions and structures that allow us to increase the value of the IFC experience for every individual member, allow chapters to maintain their unique idiosyncrasies in the ways that they choose to, and to effectively represent our community at administrative levels.

As my predecessor put it one year ago, we pride ourselves on setting an MIT-worthy example: every year, IFC members are elected to the highest leadership roles in student organizations, captain varsity sports teams, compile impressive GPAs, and upon graduation, take the first step towards dynamic careers at some of the most prestigious institutions worldwide.

I am fortunate to have alongside me an executive board equally passionate about the IFC’s future and present success. We encourage you to explore this website to learn more about our chapters and initiatives. We encourage students to participate in Rush. If questions remain, do not hesitate to contact myself and our board directly at ifc-exec@mit.edu.

Fraternally,

Noah Wiley | President, MIT Interfraternity Council
